DETROIT – A Michigan brewery announced Friday that it dismissed an employee after he made an “intolerant” amicable media post.
Dark Horse Brewing Co., located in Marshall, Michigan, pronounced in a matter that a employee’s “repulsive” post was not a thoughtfulness of a investiture and that he was consummated immediately.
Screenshots of a post appeared to uncover Tanner Thompson, a former dishwasher during Dark Horse, and a crony sport with a secular offence created in a content box. The screenshot seemed to be taken by many users.
Thompson pronounced in a matter to a Free Press that his post “should not have resulted in me losing my pursuit given a post was non-work-related” and that Dark Horse dismissed him “poorly” and over a phone but giving him any information about what was going on.
Thompson pronounced a word in doubt was one an “old trainer (…) used to call sport of any kind” and “wasn’t posted to be taken in any secular approach during all.”
Dark Horse’s post has perceived hundreds of likes , with many comments praising a brewery for a action.
Brendan Shayne Sturgill is the Facebook user who appears to have been the initial to share a screenshot of Thompson’s Snapchat story. In a post — that has been common some-more than 10,000 times — Sturgill pronounced he and Thompson went to high propagandize together.
It read: “This is because i get sleepy of conference that injustice doesn’t exist in 2018 (and) that i should only ‘suck it up’ (and) keep my mouth close when faced with these issues. But we won’t. We know that not all white people are extremist so if this doesn’t request to you, keep ease and sojourn humble.”
That Friday morning post has over 3,000 shares and over 500 comments.
